The short version: We submit your info to the Torrey Pines walk-on waitlist. We are not Torrey Pines. Getting on the waitlist does not guarantee a tee time. Our fee is for the submission service only and is non-refundable once submitted.
On Deck Tee ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent concierge service that submits customer information to the Torrey Pines Golf Course walk-on waitlist on behalf of paying customers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, partnered with, or otherwise connected to Torrey Pines Golf Course, the City of San Diego, San Diego Golf Services, or Waitwhile.
By purchasing our service, you authorize us to submit your provided information (first name, last name, phone number, email address, course preference, and group size) to the official Torrey Pines walk-on waitlist on your behalf.
We do not:
All tee time decisions are made solely by Torrey Pines Golf Course based on their own policies, availability, and daily conditions.
Joining the Torrey Pines walk-on waitlist through our service does not guarantee that you will receive a tee time. The waitlist is operated entirely by Torrey Pines Golf Course. Factors outside our control — including but not limited to course closures, weather, technical issues, waitlist capacity, or changes to Torrey Pines' policies — may affect your ability to play.
We also cannot guarantee that the Torrey Pines waitlist system will be available or accessible at the time of submission. In the event of a technical failure that prevents submission, we will attempt to notify you and issue a refund at our discretion.
Our fee covers the submission service only:
All sales are final once your waitlist entry has been submitted. We do not offer refunds because you did not receive a tee time — the tee time is not our service. If we fail to submit your entry due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
By purchasing our service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you consent to us submitting that information to the Torrey Pines walk-on waitlist system. Once submitted, your information is governed by Torrey Pines' and Waitwhile's own privacy policies.
We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use our service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purpose. One submission per transaction. You may not purchase multiple submissions for the same person for the same date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Deck Tee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to failure to obtain a tee time, changes to Torrey Pines' waitlist system, or technical failures beyond our control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Torrey Pines waitlist will accept submissions from any particular location or device, or that the waitlist system will be available at any given time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
