Who We Are
We're two passionate San Diego golfers who hit the waitlist at Torrey Pines several times a week.
Tee times have gotten extremely hard to get these days, so we used to drag ourselves out of bed at 3:30 AM, drive to the course, and then sit around for hours waiting for the first available spots. With almost no restaurants or coffee shops nearby to help pass the time, those early mornings felt brutal.
We knew there had to be a better way — one that would save us time, reduce the stress, and maybe even let us get a few extra hours of precious sleep.
So we built On Deck Tee.
Now you can secure your spot on the waitlist from the comfort of your bed — or anywhere else. Let us submit for you at the crack of dawn when the waitlist opens, or choose a custom time later in the day that works for your schedule. We handle the submission the moment it's time, so you don't have to think about it.

Yes. We submit the official Torrey Pines walk-on waitlist form on Waitwhile on your behalf. Once submitted, Torrey Pines texts you directly with your position number and updates throughout the morning — same as if you'd done it yourself.
Once we submit your waitlist entry, Torrey Pines sends you text messages directly to the phone number you provided. Here's what to expect:
As you move up the list, you'll receive periodic updates with your new position. When you get called, you'll receive a confirmation message like this:
Important: Reply YES immediately and head to the Golf Shop to check in. You have 5 minutes or you'll lose your spot.
The Scheduled option (3:30am weekends, 4:30am weekdays) gives you the best odds — that's when the list opens and early slots fill fast. On Demand is for spontaneous days when you decide to play last-minute.
Waitlist success depends on daily availability at Torrey Pines — we can't guarantee a tee time, only the submission. If you're not called off the list, you didn't pay for a tee time, you paid for the submission. All fees are final once submitted.
You can schedule for any future date. Most people book 1–3 days ahead. Pick your date and select a submit time — we'll handle it automatically.
Not when submitting — we handle that remotely. But once Torrey Pines texts you, be ready: they give you a 5-minute window to check in at the starter's booth. Be nearby.
We only collect what Torrey Pines requires for the waitlist form: name, phone, and email. We don't store your payment info (handled by Stripe). We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
