1. What We Collect

When you use On Deck Tee, we collect only what's necessary to provide the service:

• Contact information: First name, last name, phone number, email address
• Service preferences: Course selection, number of players, play date, service type
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
• Transaction records: Stripe session ID, order status, submission timestamp

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Submit your entry to the Torrey Pines walk-on waitlist
• Process your payment via Stripe
• Confirm your submission
• Resolve any issues with your order

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third Parties

Stripe — handles all payment processing. Your card data goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Torrey Pines / Waitwhile — we submit your name, phone, email, course preference, and player count to the Torrey Pines waitlist system (powered by Waitwhile). Once submitted, that data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain order records (name, email, submission status) for up to 90 days for customer support purposes, then delete them.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@ondecktee.com. Note that we cannot delete data already submitted to the Torrey Pines waitlist system.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store credit card numbers.
